Specializing in Eternal Affairs, Don Woolett is a minister, author, combat veteran, Gideon, Christian family songwriter & publisher (DewCrest Publishing, BMI). Don with his wife, Debbie, are Kentucky Private and Home School Consultants. Don and Debbie have formed or helped form several Non Profit 501c organizations. Don is also a certified Chaplain with Chaplains International, Inc. and is a consultant to churches and Houses of Worship for forming an effective church security team & Protecting The Family. He has been writing songs for over 45 years. His songs have been employed by the Osborne Brothers, the Flying W Wranglers, gospel groups “Anointed”, “The Daltons”, “The Fowlers” and several other artists and publishers including Rocky Top Music & Brentwood Music. He wrote the Official Bicentennial Song for Kentucky. His song, “Cowboys For Jesus” was the featured song for the Children’s Bible Hour 1995 summer tour and a video by the same title. He also wrote the title song for a Cowboy Christian project produced by Brentwood Records and Focus On The Family. Don was a staff writer for Life Management Services & Christian Motivational Speaker Charley “Tremendous” Jones for several years. He has been a staff song writer and song publisher with the Heartsong Nashville Music Group based out of Pigeon Forge, Tn. Don has appeared in two Christian Family movies produced by Take 7 Films. Dons talents have been employed by the Kentucky Railway Museum as a car host, entertainer and project producer. Don and his wife, Debbie, have also volunteered at the Creation Museum and Ark Encounter in various departments. Don also writes and has performed family comedy songs on special occasions. Don’s wife, Debbie, is extremely instrumental in writing and putting together Sunday School lessons and Kids Church material. Don and Debbie, have been very active in prison ministries, and nursing home ministries, and their home church, Hodgenville Pentecostal Church where Don is a safety/security minister.
